It is often argued that the world would improve if more leadership roles were held by women. I completely agree with this view.

There are two main reasons why I believe that more female leaders would make the world a better place. Firstly, women often bring a more inclusive and empathetic approach to leadership. Studies have shown that female leaders tend to prioritize consensus, collaboration, and the well-being of their teams. This style of leadership can create more harmonious workplaces and fairer societies. For instance, countries led by women, such as New Zealand under Jacinda Ardern, have often been praised for their calm, compassionate, and effective crisis management.

Secondly, increasing the number of women in leadership would help address systemic gender inequality. For centuries, leadership roles have been dominated by men, leaving women's perspectives underrepresented in politics, business, and other sectors. More women at the top would inspire young girls, encourage diversity in decision-making, and promote policies that consider a wider range of societal needs — such as education, healthcare, and family support. A balance of male and female leadership brings different strengths to the table, and this diversity benefits everyone.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that the world would be better off with more women in leadership, as this would encourage more compassionate decision-making and greater equality across all levels of society.
