    Band 9 Sample Answer:

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to suggest some locations in my hometown that I believe would be ideal for inclusion in your upcoming documentary.

The first place that should definitely be featured is the Riverside Fort. Built in the early 18th century, it is not only an architectural landmark but also a symbol of the town’s rich cultural heritage. The view from the fort’s upper balcony offers a stunning panorama of the river and the surrounding countryside, making it a perfect location for aerial or sunrise shots. Another place worth including is the Central Market Square. It captures the essence of daily life in our town, with colourful stalls, local artisans, and street musicians creating a vibrant atmosphere that would look wonderful on screen.

The best time to film both these places would be between October and February, when the weather is pleasant and visibility is clear. During these months, the fort is surrounded by lush greenery, and the market is at its liveliest due to a series of traditional festivals. This would allow your crew to capture not only the beauty of the scenery but also the spirit of our local community.

I hope these suggestions will be useful, and I would be delighted to provide any additional information you might need.

    Yours faithfully,

    Anita Verma
