Band 9 Sample Answer:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to provide feedback on the Digital Marketing Certificate Course that I recently completed at your college last month.

Overall, I found the course extremely informative and well structured. The modules on social media strategy and content planning were particularly useful, as they included practical case studies and opportunities for hands-on learning. I also appreciated the instructor’s ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner, which made the sessions enjoyable and easy to understand. However, I felt that the section on data analytics was too brief and lacked detailed demonstrations of the tools discussed.

In order to enhance the effectiveness of future courses, I would like to suggest a few improvements. To begin with, including additional workshops on data-analysis platforms such as Google Analytics would give students more confidence in applying these skills professionally. It might also be helpful to provide supplementary online resources or recorded lectures for revision, especially for working professionals who may need more time to absorb the material.

Thank you for offering such a valuable programme. I hope you will consider my suggestions to further strengthen the course.

Yours faithfully,

Amit Sharma
