Dear Mr. Kapoor,

I am writing to share a few suggestions regarding the project our team is currently developing — the internal knowledge-sharing platform for the company’s new hires.

The goal of the project is to create a user-friendly digital space where onboarding employees can access training resources, FAQs, and team contacts. We have made good progress on the layout and basic content, but I believe there are a few areas where we could make meaningful improvements.

Firstly, I would suggest incorporating a short video tutorial on the homepage to guide users through the platform. This could significantly reduce confusion for first-time users and help them feel more confident using the system. Secondly, adding a feedback form would allow users to report any errors or suggest improvements, which will help us keep the platform relevant and user-focused.

I believe these changes would not only improve the functionality of the platform but also show new employees that their input is valued from the very beginning. I would be happy to discuss these ideas further if you feel they are worth exploring.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yours sincerely,

Anita Deshmukh
