Band 9 Sample Answer:
Dear Arjun,
I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to tell you about a new fitness activity I’ve recently started because I think you might enjoy it as much as I do. I’ve joined an early-morning outdoor cycling group that meets three times a week near the lakeside park.
So far, I’m really enjoying it. Not only is the atmosphere refreshing, but the rides also feel surprisingly energising. Cycling has already helped me build stamina, and I’ve noticed that my stress levels have reduced a lot since I began. What I like most is that it doesn’t feel like a tough workout—more like a fun way to start the day while getting some fresh air. The group members are friendly too, which makes the whole experience even better.
I genuinely think this activity would be perfect for you. Since you’ve been trying to incorporate more exercise into your routine, cycling could be a great option because it’s low-impact, enjoyable, and easy to stick to. Plus, you’ve always loved being outdoors, so I’m sure you’d find the morning rides relaxing and motivating at the same time. Why don’t you join me for a session next week and see how you feel?
Let me know if you're interested, and I’ll share the timings and meeting point.
Take care,
Rohan
